I've been photographing stills and shooting video for the Sarasota Sailing Squadron trying to get nice photo and video for their print and web. After a pretty windy shoot and while lamenting the boring sunset at the Squadron I visited the Salty Dog to think about how bad the pictures were. While sitting there I saw the Mote Marine boats looking really nice in the fading twilight. I took this shot which really captures some of the history, marine biological awesomeness and overall coolness of the Mote facility.
